Whether you're brand new to yoga, have permanent or temporary challenges in your body, or would just like to explore how to make common postures feel truly beneficial, this is the class for you!

Appropriate for all levels, practice will include breathing, gentle flow sequences with time for exploration and adjustment of poses, and a relaxing hot towel savasana (rest). 
You will discover the best variation of postures for your body, including modifications using props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, chairs, and wall.
