Appropriate for all levels, practice will include breathing, gentle flow sequences with time for exploration and adjustment of poses, and a relaxing hot towel savasana (rest).
You will discover the best variation of postures for your body, including modifications using props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, chairs, and wall.
