This 4 week Prenatal Series, allowing you to connect both with your baby and body, as well as connecting with other mama's to be! Prenatal yoga uses postures, breathing and meditation to help prepare for and ease pregnancy and delivery. Prenatal classes are a supportive environment to connect not only with your body and growing baby, but also with other expecting mothers in our community.
Classes open to mothers at all stages of pregnancy and experience levels.
