Welcome to the ultimate practice for flexibility, range of motion, strength and balance. The ropes wall is designed to hold you in deeper or gentler versions of postures with assistance from special yoga slings and chairs. Use the barre to anchor, stretch and stabilize. Refine alignment, tune into breath and body wisdom. Feel supported, and experience lightness through suspension and inversion at your own comfort level. Shoulder and hip openers, backbends, inversions, core strengtheners, balancing postures and twists that make you go "Wow". Practice trust as you move beyond perceived limitations. All levels are welcome & no experience is necessary!
