Barre is a 50-minute class of low-impact strength building targeting specific muscle groups. Working with small isometric movements, we move through an intense workout that sculpts and tones postural muscles to create efficiency and strength in the body. Props and small weights can be utilized to assist with building a strong foundation of strength as well as an increasing challenge.
