All the glory of a regular 50 min low-impact strength building Barre class, in just 35 minutes!
Working with small isometric movements, we move through an intense workout that sculpts and tones postural muscles to create efficiency and strength in the body. Props and small weights can be utilized to assist with building a strong foundation of strength as well as an increasing challenge.
