Start your weekend off with some quality self care time! This special 75 minute class featuring a blend of both gentle and restorative yoga. Students will be guided through light stretching and movement while exploring different meditation techniques, featuring breath work, self massage, and other modalities for stress relief. For the second portion of the class, students will decompress in restorative postures using props such as bolsters, blankets and eye pillows. Students are encouraged to bring their own props although the studio can provide them if needed.
