Meditation creates a shift in consciousness. Pausing in your day to focus on breath and your physical body as an anchor for your awareness is an accessible way to restore equilibrium to the mind. When you are in the midst of your day and your mind is restless or disturbed, doing this simple practice will enable you to bring more balance into the world around you. This 1 hour practice is a combination of seated meditation, breath awareness practice, and reclined meditation. Make sure you have a cozy spot to re-calibrate.
