This all level class combines the physical efforts of asanas and breathing with the more spiritual side of meditation and chanting. We flow from one pose to the other, leading with the breath, moving through the class to build body strength. We center our attention on power poses that increase strength and improve balance, using our body weight to boost muscle work and challenge core stability. All levels are honored with alignment cues and accessible variations and modifications.
