Settle into the Summer with a delightful Cancer New Moon ceremony designed for emotional and spiritual nourishment and renewal. This is a ripe time of year to tend to our homes, our hearts, and the hearts of those around us.
Cancer is ruled by the moon -- the Moon will be exalted in the sign of Cancer, allowing us access to a well of resources to tune into our emotional capacities, intuitive natures, and deep truths. Together we will work toward healing, reconnecting to the heartspace, and explore gratitude as a ritual practice. We'll also spend some time reflecting with our moon sign to explore how this manifests in heart-mind tendencies.
Our time will flow as follows: introductions, community connection and conversation about Cancer season and our personal moon sign, reflection/tarot/oracle, 10-15 mins of gentle movement, subtle body breathwork, meditation/visualization, deep reflection and rest, and a closing ritual. The sauna will be on for enjoyment afterward.
Please bring the following:
- journal + pen -- this is a good time to start a dedicated journal for manifestation practices
- a mug or vessel to drink from
- crystals, shells, rocks, photos, candles, essenial oils, oracle or tarot
-- items from your alter that call to you! (We might have time to share, but there will be moments to journal or pull a card from your deck if you want.)
