Wendy started her aerial journey in the Breathing Room space, when it was Tula, and is excited to bring this class back for a day!
This 60 minute class is great for beginners and all levels. Using the hammock to support your body as you lengthen your spine, open your shoulders and hips, and allow your body to decompress. This slow flow class will flow through basic aerial moves with some fun inversions mixed in. You’ll leave class feeling happier, healthier and maybe even a little taller.
