Yoga at the Wall is a versatile practice for all levels & includes both active & restorative postures. Try familiar postures from your flow or restorative classes at the wall and see how alignment, depth, strength & sensation shift! Our wall includes yoga ropes & slings and we will use yoga chairs and other props to create an active & restorative sequence. Options for supported inversions and backbends included. Class will be workshop style and will close with extra restorative time.
