Using a pair of yoga tune up balls and/or a soft Pilates ball, experience grounded postures, close to the mat, to help restore & increase breathing capacity, mobility, and sense of embodiment.
Robin will offer opportunities to massage and roll out parts of the body where tension and repetitive movement accumulate. Feel welcome to decline any of the massage ball work and do just the posture instead. Restorative savasana closes class.
