Move mindfully, breathe deeply, and let each the practice unfold with care in this gentle, steady vinyasa practice. This class is a slower paced and intended for all levels to allow the whole body time and space to awaken. You can expect to practice breathwork, a full body mindful warm up, explore balance, proprioception and flexibility with asana, and finally wind down for rest and deep contemplation. This class is accessible for all levels and a welcome practice for seasoned yogis.
