Mobility Meets Asana: in this class we'll warm up with functional movement techniques to build body awareness, mindful stretching, and explore range of motion to find stability, strength and flow in our movement practice. Adaptable and accessible for all levels, we'll focus on an area of the body or a specific asana and fundamentally break it down to build it back up together. Time to restore and relax will complete the class experience. This is a workshop style class for the mind, body and spirit.
