Calling all early birds! Grab a cup of tea, roll out your mat and lets wake up and breathe together. Yin works the joints and connective tissues of the body using long holds, gentle compression and traction. It is a lovely complement to more yan or active practices and can help relieve stiffness, join pain and improve mobility. More challenging than restorative yoga, yet with an invitation to utilize props and self awareness for safety and comfort.
