Alignment based and restorative yoga at the ropes wall with yoga slings & chairs to help you invert, climb the wall, decompress your spine and joints, and also restore with added props.
Experience familiar postures in new ways, aha moments and feelings of spaciousness with yoga slings, similar to using the aerial hammock, and yoga chairs designed to hold you in either deeper or gentler versions of your postures.
Robin Ivy Payton will introduce you to use each prop skillfully, safely and beneficially. Refine alignment, tune into breath and body wisdom, feel supported in held postures, and feel lightness as you invite gentle movement, stillness and suspension!
Explore shoulder and hip openers, backbends, inversions, core strengtheners, balance and twists that make you go "Wow". Aha moments, access points to more postures or increased depth, and learning to trust as you move beyond perceived limitations are all part of the practice. Yogis of all levels are welcome & no experience is necessary.
