This feel good flow will help stretch the entire body in a gentle and nurturing style of yoga that prioritizes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. This practice includes slow and fluid movements to rejuvenate, release tension and cultivate a sense of inner peace. We will unwind, stretch deeply into each asana, and work to quiet the mind. This is a therapeutic afternoon yoga experience that helps to uplift the spirit and enhance the overall sense of balance.
