It's no surprise to you that you are bombarded with stressors that have a negative impact on your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. 

And you also know (or have heard) that Yoga is a very powerful practice to help you to feel better in body/mind/spirit.

Yet did you know that you can apply different, specialized Yoga practices that have a therapeutic benefit to help shift your mood?

Join Diane Murphy "The Mystic Nurse" who has over 20 years experience as a behavioral health nurse as well as 13 years experience as a Yoga & meditation teacher and holistic wellbeing coach to learn how to care for your overstressed nervous system so that you can experience more presence, joy and connection.

This 3 hour workshop will include some theory based on the vagus nerve as well as Yoga philosophy regarding the Gunas (the 3 qualities of energy that we each carry within us). 

We will practice 2-3 types of movement and breath practices that will "meet your mood", such as soothing/grounding, energizing and balancing. 

This workshop is appropriate for all levels, even beginners. 

Please wear loose fitting/comfortable clothing for gentle movement practices.
