This class is designed to warm your body, calm your mind and open your heart. We will move through only a few gentle floor based shapes using bolsters, blankets, and props that support you to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mind, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system's healing capacity.

This time is for you to relax fully and draw your attention inward, while being supported by the props. 


This slow paced class is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect fit for all levels of yoga practitioners.
