Start your day with us in this online 45 minute practice beginning with breath in a yin posture. Moving into a joint opening flow, variations of Sun Salutations, and ending with a mindful yin structured Savasana. Gather a few pillows, blankets, or blocks for props and wake up with the sunrise.
