Morning Meditation + Mantra
Join Sri for a beautiful morning practice to invite alignment of the mind, body and heart, pointing your nervous system in the direction of a peaceful day.
This 45 min practice will include:
- a series of joint openers to gently animate your body and open the flow of energy
-a short, guided meditation w/ breathwork to clear and focus the mind
- a chanting practice consisting of repetition of simple mantras to deepen a meditative state and lift vibration to a higher level.
No chanting experience necessary. All levels welcome.
