Yin Yoga focuses on range of movement, flexibility, and meditative breath and awareness to rest the nervous system, hydrate the joints and connective tissues and center one's self. 

Jared will teach with focus on men's physical, mental, emotional and life concerns 

Recover and stretch after athletic activities

Or reconnect with your body through postures with sustained holds that target connective tissues

to increase or maintain flexibility and range of movement

Release the hips, open the chest and shoulders, release tech neck among other physical benefits

 

Meet and practice with other guys most of whom do not usually come to the yoga studios and may have been reluctant to try.

 

Jared Payton is trained in vinyasa, yin, and aerial yoga and earned his Aikido Black Belt in 2014. He works in the corporate world during the week and teaches yoga on weekends.
