Wondering what fascia is? Feeling curious about exploring yin yoga? In this yin class we will
dive into what fascia is and what fascia is being stretched in each posture. Yin is a style of yoga
where postures are held for long periods of time to deepen the stretch of the connective tissues
(like our fascia!) with the use of props to find your edge of resistance. Props are an excellent
way to move into postures gently so our joints and connective tissues are protected.
