Did you promise more rest and self-care for yourself this year? Give yourself the gift of a thoughtful restorative yoga practice by registering for this Restorative Yoga Reset. This workshop is open to all - including those who are new to restorative yoga (or yoga generally) and don't feel "good" at resting. The experience will involve the intentional use of props to support the body through a series of restful postures. Modeling nature with our practice, we will find stillness and reflection during this period of winter hibernation. As the days lengthen and we start to develop hope for spring ahead, we say goodbye to January, the coldest and snowiest month of the year.
