Welcome to all levels - this practice begins with several Yin postures (supported and held) to target, open, and "turn on" connective tissues deep in the body. Then smoothly transitioning to slow flow for the second half of class to warm and strengthen muscles, while energizing the body and focusing awareness in the mind.
