In this intermediate level class, we flow from one pose to the other, leading with the breath, moving through the practice to build body strength. We center our attention on power poses that increase strength and improve balance, using our body weight to boost muscle work and challenge core stability. We end the session with meditation and rest, to help the mind and body reap all the benefits of the practice.
