Awaken with a balanced practice, centering in breath, warming up the joints, moving through a blend of salutations, hip & heart openers, balance & inversions for all levels. Postures draw from yin, vinyasa & restorative styles. Regular practice helps build strength, stability, flexibility & range of motion. Props such as chairs, wall, yoga straps or ties and blocks may be incorporated in studio or at home. Walk into the rest of your day feeling focused, clear & connected! (no cancellation policy for in studio class & covid 19 vaccination proof required on first visit)
