Yin Yoga offers a gentle stress of the connective tissues, joints and the energetic yin meridian
paths of the body. Yin postures are held for long periods of time to deepen the stretch of the
connective tissues with the use of props to find your edge of resistance. With the use of props to
support the body, Restorative Yoga gives a soft opening to the body to restore and revitalize.
This practice offers the opportunity to lengthen the body or simply rest and restore without effort.
Practice ends in a blissful restorative savasana where a reading is offered and the use of sound
healing will draw the senses back to the practice.
