Pose Breakdown with Bridgett
Have you found yourself being led into a pose during a yoga practice and it just not physically feel right in your body? Or you see variations of a pose that you would like to try? Maybe you’d like to understand what the benefits of a pose might be and why they are beneficial.
Each two hour workshop we will begin with a light practice to warm up and prep the body. Then we will explore several postures including:
All props needed will be provided. Feel free to bring your own if you’d like.
