Drop the awareness out of the mind and into the body.  The intention behind my flow classes is to bring greater ease and joy into the experience of being in your body. This gentle class will move through joint openers, slow sun salutations and other classic postures. Emphasis will be on feeling how each movement sits in your body so that you can extract the most benefit.  All levels are welcome. Beginners encouraged!
