Yoga Nidra and Meditation offer a respite from sensory overload, media, pressure and effort. Cocooned in your hammock, seated or laying down, experience more ease with live and recorded meditations and soothing sounds. In the warmer weather, enjoy the breeze and fresh air with plenty of open windows. Hear rain on the roof.
Yoga Nidra is always offered live on the Sunday or Wednesday closest to Full Moon, a peak time in the lunar cycle, known for the rising energy known in yoga as prana vayu. Balance the high energy with rest or conscious dreaming.
