Tap into core strength using the aerial hammock, weighted hula hoops, and other props. This 50 minute class may include Warm ups, Salutations with the hammock, Upper, Lower body, and Core strengthening, Hooping intervals, Aerial Inversions and Pull Ups, and other movements focused on toning the muscles. All levels of fitness welcome! Options are always included and you choose how much to challenge yourself.
