This is a Level 2 class for more experienced yogis who are interested in understanding how to work with their core 3rd chakra energy, strengthen their anatomical core (abdominals/back) and connect to their inner fire! We will spend time on the floor with some pilates and yoga-informed movements working our way to kneeling and standing poses to work our core in multiple ways. Also expect some Sun Salutations, standing and balancing poses, twists and backbends. You will leave feeling stronger, energized and more connected to your Inner Warrior!
