This is a movement and mindfulness class for all students and all levels with a special focus on yoga asana (poses) for developing increased strength, mobility and flexibility. Includes novel (new and varied) movements to stimulate, challenge and strengthen muscles and joints as well as myofascial release techniques and ending with longer-held yoga poses in the Yin style to target connective tissues, joints and ligaments for more flexibility, calmness and centeredness. As always, Diane's classes are infused with spiritual tidbits, Yogic philosophy, compassion and nurturing as well as tools and techniques to regulate and soothe your overtaxed nervous system.
