Float is offered Wednesdays this spring to help transition & reset before evening activities. Float meditation will include recorded or live guided meditations, sound bath, and quiet rest for 40 minutes. Need to arrive late or leave early? Attend at your leisure. Even 15 minutes of rest can be amazing. Robin Ivy Payton will guide these sessions.
