Welcome to our cOMmunity Aerial Yoga class!
Two or three new aerial yoga teachers with team teach aerial decompression.
Some aerial experience is suggested.
Teacher trainees will be observed and assistants will be present during the class.
$15 suggested donation benefits the Love Yoga Fund, Leaping Waters fund for subsidized and free yoga for humans enduring life transitions including economic challenges during the pandemic and beyond.
Covid19 vaccination/booster required within the last 6 months. Please bring proof of vax to class and cash or Venmo option for Love Yoga fund.
