Loving-kindness is a practice that helps us connect to our heart center and cultivate an open and loving heart. It helps decrease stress and leads to the development of deeper connections and genuine happiness, welcoming inner love and worthiness.
In this 2 hour all-level workshop, we will start with a vinyasa yoga sequence focused on heart openers to allow positive energy to flow, followed by a meditation to deepen our sense of peace. This combined practice will improve our capacity to handle stress and anxiety, and to grow a greater sense of compassion.
When we clear stress and release anxiety, we have more space to invest our energy into our heart and experience a state of joy that we can then share with others. It puts us on a position to start living, speaking, and acting from a kinder and friendlier place in our heart, and enrich our live with joy, empathy, and happiness.
