**In Studio** Intro to Aerial Series

Intrigued by Aerial Yoga? If you’re interested but a bit uncertain or want slow, steady guidance for your first class, this series is designed for YOU!  You will be introduced to all the basics with a steady pace, open to questions, and hands on assists. Each week you will continue to build your confidence in the hammock along side other new aerial students leaving feeling more confident and able to attend other Aerial offerings.
