This class is a blend of gentle movement with connection to breath. This combined with Yin Yoga the practice of holding postures for 3-5 minutes to stimulate the connective tissue will leave you feeling revitalized and refreshed. Yin Yoga is a still and passive practice united by breath and meditation. 
This class is suitable for all levels and is great for the joints and the nervous system.
